Do all members of the group need to take the test on the same day?▾
Not necessarily. Each person can be booked at their preferred test centre and date. However, booking together allows the employer to manage and pay for all bookings in one go.
Can group members take the test at different locations?▾
Yes. During the booking process, each person can select their own preferred test centre location.
What is the minimum group size for a group booking?▾
The minimum is 2 people. The maximum per booking is 20 people.
Who pays for the group booking?▾
Payment is handled by the person making the group booking. A single payment card is used for the entire group.
What happens if one person fails the test?▾
Each person's result is their own. A failed test can be rebooked individually at a separate cost.
Is the CITB test the same for all group members?▾
There are different versions of the CITB test depending on the worker's role (Operative, Specialist, Managers & Professionals). Make sure each person selects the correct test type during booking.
About Group Bookings for CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test
Group bookings allow employers, training providers, and organisations to book CITB Health, Safety & Environment tests for multiple workers at once. The CITB Test (Touchscreen test) is required to qualify for a CSCS Card. We work exclusively with the construction industry and help workers with proper guidance to achieve their construction cards. Book for 2 or more people and we’ll handle the rest.
