The CSCS Professionally Qualified Person (PQP) Card is issued to members of CSCS-approved professional bodies and is valid for 5 years. Applicants must provide proof of current membership at an accepted level, and membership must be renewed annually. This card cannot be renewed. All applicants must pass the CITB Managers & Professionals Health, Safety & Environment Test.
